Namaste’

I have quite a lot heard about Yoga and meditation. I get huffed very easily and often. I exercise and do baking as I read these things cultivate patience inside you but I don’t see a substantial change in myself. I don’t know how to start off with meditation to help me for this problem. What exactly should I do? Any guidelines/steps to start off with it?

best wishes,
Kiran

Anger helps us to keep our personal boundaries, but when it arises often, or over small things then the anger may be the root of things not working in your life.  One of the best ways I’ve found to help is meditation.  Even if its for only 5 to 10 minutes to begin with.  Sit comfortable, you may close your eyes or keep them open focused on an object and just begin to notice what thoughts come and go.  Soon you’ll meditate on a regular basis, and for longer periods.  The answers to your anger may come, but even it they don’t you should feel calmer over time.
